Eli Narramore, Managing Partner. The son of an architect, Eli is the force behind Galt's in-house design services. He has been building since 1998 and has experience in almost every position on a construction site, as well as light commercial project management. After serving four years of active duty in The United States Marine Corps, Eli graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico, majoring in English and Philosophy. An avid cyclist, motorcyclist, and skier, Eli lives in Greenville with, his wife, Dana, and fur-babies, Safety and Nugget.
Mike Burns, Managing Partner. A native Sandlapper, Mike has spent most of his life in the Upstate. Mike earned a BA in Business from Presbyterian College. Mike was a record-setting pitcher for the PC baseball team, and was elected team captain by his peers. Mike has been involved in the construction industry since 2005, having developed his skills, first as an estimator for a residential developer in Atlanta, and then in project management for one of the country's largest retail upfitters, prior to founding Galt with Eli in 2009. Mike lives in Greenville with his wife Sarah, their daughter, Liza, and twin boys, Reid and Drew.
Jody Westhart, Lead Superintendent. Jody has been a member of the Galt team since 2011. Jody enjoys wood working when he isn't spending time with his wife and three children.
Mike Brown, Lead Carpenter. Mike brings twenty six years of experience building fine homes to Galt. He loves to take old style wood working and joinery and mix it with new designs and building technologies. Mike tries to make every job better that the last.
Mike lives in the north main area with his wife Ivy. He also has two daughters,Riley and Wren both students in college.
Dani Milk, Carpenter. Dani brings 32 years of construction experience to Galt Innovations. His particular area of expertise lies in specialized trim carpentry. For Dani, the best parts of working in this industry are being able to work outside, and having the opportunity to please customers.
Hunter Gray, Estimating. Hunter came to Galt after graduating from Presbyterian College in May of 2015 where he received a degree in Business Management, with a minor in Psychology, while playing football for the Bluehose. Hunter is originally from Columbia and has been a palmetto state resident his entire life. Hunter and his wife, Stephanie, are recently married and live in the Mauldin area. In his free time Hunter enjoys growing a spectacular beard, playing tennis, and going fly fishing every chance he can.

Galt takes a comprehensive approach to estimating in an effort to determine the true cost of a project that involves multiple site visits with the subs who will be performing the Work.
During this time, we make every effort to foresee potential "hiccups," and account for handling those details, as every job is unique. Every client is unique.
We see it as our duty to understand your wants, needs, and expectations and then match the right suppliers, subcontractors, and services to create the best team for each project.
Once the Work commences, our superintendents take over to coordinate and schedule subs as necessary, while maintaining constant "eyes on" for quality control with daily presence onsite.
In addition to our site superintendents, Galt's Project Managers maintain a constant vigil over the budget, details, and any issues that arise from time to time via weekly presence onsite and frequent communication with clients and superintendents.

Design defines the scope of work for all parties involved. Definition of scope is necessary for communicating expectations, as well as estimating.
